JGPS Coaching की services (website, classes, online tests, study material) का उपयोग करके, आप इन Terms of Service से सहमत होते हैं।
अगर आप इन terms से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया हमारी services का उपयोग न करें।
Classes में regular attend करना और 75% minimum attendance maintain करना।
Fees समय पर pay करना। Late payment पर penalty लग सकती है।
Teachers और other students के साथ respectful behavior maintain करना।
अपना login credentials secure रखना और किसी के साथ share न करना।
Tests में cheating न करना। Unfair means use करने पर strict action लिया जाएगा।
Coaching की property (books, furniture, equipment) का ध्यान रखना।
निम्नलिखित activities strictly prohibited हैं:
Note: इन activities में involve होने पर admission cancel किया जा सकता है बिना refund के।
सभी study materials, test papers, content, और website design JGPS Coaching की intellectual property हैं।
JGPS Coaching liable नहीं होगा:
हम इन Terms of Service को समय-समय पर update कर सकते हैं। Major changes होने पर हम आपको notify करेंगे।
Updated terms effective होने के बाद services का continued use का मतलब है कि आप new terms से सहमत हैं।
ये Terms of Service भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं। किसी भी dispute की स्थिति में Amroha, Uttar Pradesh की courts का jurisdiction होगा।
